Most of the time, if you have internet, you can activate our products online. However, if you have a server in a secure environment and you will not be able to activate our online license key and it will show you OFFLINE status in the License Manager. And if you want to activate the ONLINE license key in that case you need to whitelist the below URL and Ports.
