Why my Google Analytics data is sampled when HIGHER_PRECISION is set

Sometimes you may notice that using SSIS Google Analytics Source may return you sampled data. At some extent, you can request Google to send un-sampled data by selecting the following option but this is not guaranteed to get un-sampled data. Google Analytics Service can decide to send you sampled data regarding the following option in many cases.
