ZappySys PowerPack Secure FTP Task (version 2.6.0.11220 and below) does not have a default Storage Action to get file creation date/time. So you will have to do a workaround:
Your Control Flow could look similar to this:
In Secure FTP Task select to get file list and select the file which creation date you want to get:
Configure Foreach Loop:
Create and configure a variable DateCreated:
Lastly, change variable DateCreated Data type to DateTime:
Check the attached sample SSIS package.
