How to Check my SSIS Designer Version

To check your SSIS Designer Version (i.e. SQL Server Integration Services Extension) perform the following Steps.

1. Open Visual Studio
2. Go to Extensions > Manage Extensions
3. Click All under Installed category
4. Find your SSIS Extension from the list and click on it
5. On the right side you will see Details in Which Version of your Extension is listed. 

How to Upgrade SSIS Designer to the latest version

To update your SSIS Designer to the latest version you can expand Updates and see your SSIS Extension is listed. If not then you are on latest version.
