PROBLEM
After installing the SSIS PowerPack, in Visual Studio 2019 SSIS PowerPack components is missing in SSIS Toolbox.
SOLUTIONS
Check the SSIS Project TargetServerVersion, In the Solution Explorer, Right Click on Project > Properties > Configuration Properties > TargetServerVersion.
Please check the Target SQL Server Version, make sure you need to change the Target SQL Server version from SQL Server 2022 to SQL Server 2019 or 2017 or earlier(older).
Once you change it Zappysys Tasks and Components will appear in the SSIS toolbox, if issue still persists please refer to this article: I don't see PowerPack components in SSIS Toolbox and troubleshoot accordingly.

- Version 3.16 is the latest general availability (GA) version, which does not support target server version SqlServer2022. Download SQL Server Integration Services Projects 3.16. More information is available in release notes.
- Since version 3.3, Power Query Source for SQL Server 2017 and Microsoft Oracle Connector for SQL Server 2019 have been excluded from the installation of this product. To continue using these two components, please manually download and install them by yourselves. As SQL Server Integration Services Projects 4.0 is a preview version, which added Support Sqlserver2022 as target server version.
